Q: Can I have my new car serviced at Phil's Autos without voiding new car warranty?

A: Absolutey yes. This is the secret the dealerships don't want you to know. Provided your new car is serviced by a licensed technician, in a licensed workshop using manufacturer's parts, your new car warranty will not be void. In fact having your new car serviced by Jason is in your best interests not only as a means of saving money, but he will be able to detect developing faults which may cost you money once your vehicle is out of warranty. These faults will then be rectified by the manufacturer at no cost to you!

Q: Can I wait for my car whilst I have a rego inspection?

A: Yes. An appointment is prefferable however the majority of the time a "drop in rego check" is more than welcome.

Q: Do you provide a replacement car while my car is being serviced or repaired?

A: Yes. A courtesy car is available by appointment. This enables you to go about your daily business as per normal.

Q: Can you tell me how much it will cost?

A: Yes. In the large majority of cases Jason will be able to give you an accurate quote over the phone once provided with a brief description of the fault. This is a unique service provided through extensive experience with common (and sometimes not so common) faults and failures covering all makes and models of vehicles. Of course servicing pricing is also a phone call away however many manufacturers vary minor and major service intervals which makes a customised online quote difficult. During servicing your vehicle should any extra costs be incurred (eg. cooling system, transmission leaks, brake wear etc.) you will be notified with an exact cost prior to any work being carried out.
